By requiring a small, non-refundable advance payment, we filter out fraudulent transactions. This protects our inventory, keeps logistics moving fast, and ensures dedicated buyers get their grails without unnecessary delays.
How Partial COD Works
Shopping via Partial COD is simple, secure, and transparent. Here is exactly how the process flows from checkout to delivery.
Checkout
Add your desired products to the cart. At the checkout page, select the "Partial Cash on Delivery" shipping/payment option instead of standard prepaid.
Advance Payment
Pay the mandated token amount (usually 50-70% of order value) via UPI, Credit Card, or Net Banking to secure your article/product securely.
Order Confirmed
Once the token is received, our team instantly authenticates the order. Your item is reserved and moves straight into our rigorous inspection process.
Dispatch
Your authenticated item is double-boxed and shipped out via our premium courier partners. You will receive an AWB tracking number directly to your email and SMS.
Doorstep Delivery
The package arrives securely at your location. Ensure you or a trusted representative is available to receive the shipment from the delivery executive.
Final Payment
Pay the remaining balance (Total Order Value minus the Advance Token) in cash or via UPI directly to the courier executive. Enjoy your fresh pair!
Strict Non-Refundable Policy
The partial advance payment is strictly non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the order after it has been placed, or if you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the token amount will be permanently forfeited to cover shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
Pin Code Serviceability
Partial COD is only available for pin codes actively serviceable by our courier partners for cash collection. If your pin code does not support COD, our support team will contact you to convert the order to prepaid or initiate a full refund of your token.
Important Terms & Conditions
Before proceeding with a Partial COD order, please ensure you review and agree to the following terms:
- Open Delivery: "Open Delivery" is strictly prohibited by our courier partners. You cannot open or inspect the package before paying the outstanding balance to the executive.
- Valid Contact Info: You must provide an active phone number. Orders with unreachable or invalid numbers during courier verification will be cancelled without refund of the token.
- Delivery Attempts: The courier will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order will be returned to origin, and the advance will be forfeited.
- Payment Methods: The remaining balance at the time of delivery can generally be paid via Cash or UPI, depending on the courier executive’s scanner availability.
Partial COD FAQ
Can I cancel my Partial COD order and get my token back?
No. Once the advance payment is made and the order is confirmed, the token is entirely non-refundable. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase and sizing before checking out.
What if the item fails your authentication check before shipping?
In the highly unlikely event that a product fails our internal quality/authentication checks and we cannot source a replacement for you, your order will be cancelled, and 100% of your advance token will be refunded immediately.
Can I change my Partial COD order to Prepaid later?
Yes. If you wish to clear the remaining balance before the item is dispatched, you can contact our support team. We will send you a secure payment link to clear the dues, and your order will be shipped as prepaid.
