Elite Kicks Co (“we,” “our,” and “us”) operates this website. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Elite Kicks Co does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
To request a return, please email us at support@elitekicks.in.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it. If approved, you must return the product in the same condition in which it was received. All included accessories or additional items must also be returned.
The product must be shipped back in the original Elite Kicks Co box. If the original packaging is damaged, you must repack the item in a protective carton or cardboard box and secure it properly with thick tape. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging.
If you received an incorrect product or the wrong size, we will replace it subject to stock availability. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
